Winners announced for statewide landscape competition

The Montana Nursery and Landscape Association recently announced award winners in the Best of Montana Landscape Competition. Design projects were submitted from across the state of Montana in 5 categories, and judged with this criteria in mind: overall design, materials usage, visual texture and color, uniqueness, and use of hard materials. The following Bozeman-area companies receiving first-place honors. Best Residential Design: Greenspace Landscaping. Best Commercial Design: Outdoor Design Studios. Best Softscape Design: Highridge Landscapes. Best Hardscape Feature: Outdoor Design Studios. Best Water Feature: Outdoor Design Studios. Best Container Planting: Valley of the Flowers Landscaping.
